Scoring

How It Works

You earn or lose points for every match your drafted teams play. Wins, draws and goals earn you points and every goal your teams allow counts against your total score.

Points Per Match

Before round multipliers are applied.

EventPoints
Victory+3
Draw+1
Goal scored
Goal allowed−¼

Example: a 2–1 win = victory for 3 + 2 goals at .5 points each − ¼ for 1 goal allowed = 3.75 pts

Round Multipliers

The same match result is worth more in the later rounds. All point values above are multiplied by the factor below depending on which round the match is played. This is why it is so important to get teams deep into the tournament.

Penalty Shootouts

In the knockout rounds, matches that are level after 90 minutes (and extra time) go to a penalty shootout. Shootout goals do not count as goals for scoring purposes — they determine only the winner and loser of the match.

OutcomePoints
Win on penaltiesCounts as a victory+3
Lose on penaltiesCounts as a draw — they played 120 minutes level+1

Round multipliers still apply to these points.
